President and CEO

Mr. Worsham have over 20 years of
hospitality experience in hotel
development and franchising. For
many years, Keith was the Director
of Franchise Sales and Development
for Cendant Corporation. During his
tenure, he signed over 150 franchise
 agreements generating over $120
million in annual revenue. He was
the top producer for three
consecutive years and in the top
five producers club for his entire career with Cendant corporation

After leaving Cendant Corporation Mr. Worsham developed over twelve hotel management agreements and has a proven track record in development, consulting and management.  He developed West K envelopment, Inc., providing access to significant growth capital, development and construction resources, and a vast network of professional advisors and contacts.  In addition, he has a wealth of knowledge in repositioning hotels, franchise selection and negotiations, site selection, brokerage and evaluating investment opportunities. Mr. Worsham along with a joint venture converted the Carter Hall a dormitory for Georgia State University into A full service Hotel named Capitol Plaza Hotel and later franchised and operated as Holiday Inn Select in downtown Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Worsham merged his company with Wayne McAteer with Wesley Hospitality and created Wesley Hotel Group, LLC in 2003 to own, operate, and develop hotels. Wesley Hotel Group developed the first new build Hotel Indigo in Sarasota, Florida along with a private investment group named Paradise Hotels of Florida. Sarasota was the first newly constructed Indigo in the brand. Wesley Hotel Group signed another franchise to be developed in Nashville, Tennessee (Vanderbilt – Music Row). The Hotel Indigo was an office building conversion.  Wesley signed a second franchise with Hotel Indigo to be developed in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.  This would be a conversion of a historical office building.  Wesley Hotel Group now has been part of 5 Hotel Indigo projects.  Wesley Hotel Group, LLC was named IHG developer of the year in 2007.

Mr. Worsham is a Georgia licensed real estate salesperson with the Georgia Board of Realtors and is a graduate of Valdosta State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Organization Communication with an emphasis in marketing.

D. MARK LINEBERRY
Executive Vice President

Mr. Lineberry has over twenty years of experience in managing real estate investments. He has grown his family owned business, Lineberry Properties, Inc. from it beginning in local real estate in Nashville, TN to its current multi-million dollar portfolio spanning several states. Through various corporate entities, he maintains tenant relationships for leased land parcels with such

nationally recognized corporations as CVS Pharmacy, Cracker “Barrel, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks Coffee, Burger King, KFC/Yum Brands, Dollar Genera, SunTrust Bank, Brinker International, and many more.

From Las Vegas to Tennessee to Florida and covering the states of Georgia, Mississippi and Kentucky, Mr. Lineberry has concentrated his ongoing efforts in commercial real estate investments and development. With his effective management style, he has maintained apartment communities as well as condominiums and high rise office buildings.

Mr. Lineberry has a Bachelor of Arts from Cumberland University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law. His professional affiliations include the Supreme Court of Tennessee License to Practice Law, and State of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance Licenses
